OBC Boot Camp: “Killing Me Softly” – Whew! Today’s workout really kicked my butt. Lots of squats, push-ups, sit-ups, burpees jump roping…. Need to soak my bones in some ice water.

Can’t believe I over slept this morning and missed boot camp. UGH!!! I was on a roll too 🙁 Guess I have to hit the gym today during my lunch hour to make up for it.
Gym workout – Since I missed boot camp today, Kristy and I hit the gym. I did:
- Elliptical trainer – 25 mins
- Treadmill – 20 mins

OBC Boot Camp: “Centipede” 60 mins – Outside workout today. Cold morning, 32 degrees, but always love being outside than inside. Feeling really stiff this and struggled to keep up this morning. A lot more ruining today than usual.
Walked dogs 25 mins, .85 miles – Had to cut my walk short today; soon as I got out there, it started sleeting outside. Here comes the snow

Hiked 5.16 miles around Stone Mountain Lake. Temps were right at freezing. Had a few instances of freezing rain, but all in all it was a nice morning.

Had to skip boot camp today. My foot feels a little bit better, but not well enough to workout on it. Was hoping to walk the dogs today, but it looks like I need to wait another day. 🙁

OBC Boot Camp: 60 mins – “Hold It” – Inside workout temp this morning was 12 degrees. Rolled my ankle and skinned my knee when I went down, but I recovered OK. Icing my ankle and popped a couple of Advil and should be fine.
Well my foot bothered me all day; almost considered going to the ER to get an x-ray, but I think I’ll wait and see how it feels tomorrow. Poor dogs have been cooped up since Tuesday.

Did not walk the dogs today. With the cold temps hovering below 30 degrees and wind speed at 21 mph, there is no way I’m going out there.
